Graduation Requirements
.) Certificate of Academic Achievements- Students (beginning in 2010) must pass the reading, writing and mathematics sections on the 10th grade WASL. Students will get up to four opportunities to retake all or part of the 10th grade WASL. Some special education students will also have the opportunity of earning a Certificate of Academic Achievements. The requirements will vary based on each individuals learning plan.
.) Culminating Project- This project will be Portfolios that your student(s) have been working on during Pack. Your student(s) will be presenting their portfolio in front of other students, parents, as well as community members during their senior year.
.) Post High School Plan- Students must outline how they plan to meet their high school graduation requirements, which colleges your student(s) wish to intend, and what they plan to do after their first year of high school. This just helps the students decide what course they are interested in, and how to prepare them to head in that direction.
.) 22 Credits- Students must have at least 22 credits in the designated areas in order to meet the graduation requirements. Please go to Class Credit Requirements for more information.
