Manufacturing Contruction Technology
Prerequisite:C or better in wood technology. Teacher signature required.
This construction skills class builds on general wood tech skills using saws, layout tools, portable power tools, routers, and tools commonly used in construction. Class activities include designing, planning and construction of at least on group construction project. Students will work together to practice career skills common to the construction trades, drawing on information from many sources including: text books, manuals, periodicals, industry, and video/film resources.
$35 class fee due before the end of the first week of class
